Classic Swing Golf School – Justin Rose leads Arnold Palmer Invitational

Good afternoon from Classic Swing Golf School in Myrtle Beach!  Golf instruction this time of year is a great idea; use the early spring months to prepare to have an enjoyable first round of golf later on.  I want to remind you that Classic Swing is running a "Spring Specials" through May 31, 2013.

Location: Played each March at the Bay Hill Club and Lodge, a private golf resort owned since 1974 by Arnold Palmer in Bay Hill, Florida, a suburb of Orlando

Charitable Beneficiaries; The Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies.

Total Purse: $6,200,000
Winner: $1,116,000

Defending Champion: 2012 Tiger Woods, who also won four years in a row from 2000 to 2003.

In 1966: Lionel Hebert wins the inaugural version of the tournament. He wins by two shots over Jack Nicklaus, Charles Coody, and Dick Lytle.
