I’m still working on the lessons learned at the School, but fairly soon after ‘graduation’ I had the opportunity to compete in the Golf.com World Am tournament here in Myrtle Beach. I was in a flight of 43 similar-aged golfers with handicaps from 10.1-10.6. I led my flight for the first three days before finishing third on the last day. The lessons I learned at the School regarding chipping and putting were a big part of my being competitive for the four-day tournament. Thanks, Ted and Eddie! I plan to come back for the scoring school soon.
