We learned about the mechanics and science behind the golf swing, which helped explain why we need to move specific ways to improve our golf swing. On the first day I was a little bit unsure as some of the class members were brand new golfers just taking up the game. But I need not have worried - the combination of classroom instruction and individual attention on the range was just excellent. All of the instructors are so kind, easygoing and encouraging but at the same time they get right to the point with figuring out ways for you to improve. I had a good idea of where I needed to improve but the way to improve was what I really needed and this is where the feedback was so good.

On days 2 and 3, they incorporate highly valuable video analysis that you get to take with you for review at home. All facets of the game are covered in addition to the all-important mental aspect and a detailed booklet is provided that you are encouraged to add to with your own notes and reflections.

I signed up for the three day package which included instruction in the mornings, golf with cart in the afternoons, unlimited use of the very extensive range, on-site accommodation and breakfast and lunch daily. What an amazing value!! Stefany was very kind in making sure I was booked in for golf in the afternoons given that I was there in my own. Everyone in the class is treated as an individual and Ted, as the main instructor, was so skilful in the way he learned about all of us in the class so quickly and tailored his comments to our strengths and needs.

I will definitely return to Classic Swing Golf School and I highly recommend it to golfers of any and all levels of play and experience.

We can all watch videos and try to copy what we think is correct but it takes another set of eyes to show us the subtleties of technique. Chipping and sand play were hurting me. I thought I could do them both with largely one club; my 56. NOT. I now use all my wedges but most importantly I continue to implement how to use my wedges. Where to put my weight, get comfortable with my new body position, focus on what I need to make the shot... I went to Classic Swing to improve my game, I continue to work on what I was taught, I believe that I am getting better and I have seen young talented people follow the same instruction at Classic Swing.
