Classic Swing Golf School – Be sure to watch Golf at the 2016 Summer Olympics
Good afternoon once again from Classic Swing Golf School in Myrtle Beach! The summer is winding down for some, but not the Professional Instructors at this school.
Distinguished by GOLF Magazine as one of the Top 25 Golf Schools in America, Classic Swing Golf School is located at the beautiful Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Classic Swing Golf School teaches golf on an individual basis. Personal attention, quality instruction, and a time honored curriculum are things that have made our school a success.
Be sure to watch Golf at the Olympics! The 2016 Summer Olympics will be the first time for golf to be played at the Olympics since the 1904 Summer Olympics and it is to feature two events, the men’s and women’s individual events.
Prior to the vote to reinstate golf into the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympic Games, a presentation by a group of golf ambassadors helped sway the 121st session of the International Olympic Committee. These ambassadors included: Dawson and Votaw, along with golf professionals Pádraig Harrington of Ireland, Michelle Wie of the United States, Suzann Pettersen of Norway and 16-year-old 2009 British Amateur champion Matteo Manassero of Italy.
This is a historic moment for golf: after 112 years, it is again an Olympic sport!
At the Classic Swing Golf School, we pride ourselves on ensuring customer satisfaction. Our entire staff is dedicated to helping each student achieve his/her golf goals while exceeding their expectations. Conveniently located in Myrtle Beach, at Legends Resort, we strive to provide the highest quality instruction along with the most fun and relaxing environment available.
